Dear Hoop Fans,
My goal for this blog to encourage people from all over the world to learn and love this game called “basketball”. Basketball for me has always been my passion, and like most people who have played, I started when I was kid.
Growing up in the 90’s, falling in love with sport was easy, you had the Bulls and MJ in the misty of their championship runs, you had plethora of superstars on each team, and the golden age of sneakers. Everyone had a favourite player, and everyone tried to emulate his or her own individual game to theirs.
This blog is about appreciating the game of basketball and the several different art forms it takes. I hope I am to inspire at least one kid, no matter where they are from, to pick up a basketball, take a couple dribbles, and take a shot.
As hoop fans know, there is no better feeling in sports like a game winner that goes in, nothing but net. I hope you continue to play hoops no matter what your age, continue to watch today’s stars in the NBA, and hopefully pass along your knowledge of the game to the next generation.
